Fijian Holdings Property Trust Fund (79.5%)

Fijian Holdings Property Trust Fund is the first locally offered Property Unit Trust in Fiji and owns Ra Marama Building. The 7-Levels office complex was constructed for a total cost of $8.7 million. The total floor area for the building is 4,050 square metres. About 43% of the floor area is rented by the FHL Group under commercial terms and the other 57% houses external entities.
