FHL Workshop on Corporate Governance

In a press release made today, FHL announced that it will be having a workshop on Corporate Governance at Holiday Inn on Wednesday, 25th of January 2012. The workshop will be conducted by Ms Nazhat Shameen and attended by Directors and Management of the FHL Group. 

Group Chairman, Mr Iowane Naiveli said that “This is the first time that we are having this workshop for FHL, and we are including all key personnel at decision making level within the Group.” 

The workshop will encompass the Corporate Governance framework, Crimes Decree and Corporate Liability, Crimes and Corruption Decree.
In addition he stated that “It is vital that we clearly understand the roles we play as Directors and Managers, as we have a fiduciary duty to our company, shareholders, employees and the general public, which demands loyalty, care and transparency.”
