In a statement issued today, Fijian Holdings Ltd announced that it has completed the sale of its holdings in Fosters Group Pacific Ltd (FGPL), a listed company on the South Pacific Stock Exchange.  FHL sold 3,017,500 shares at a price of $13.26 per share. The transaction resulted in a gross cash inflow of $ 40,012,050 to FHL.

As announced earlier, as a result of the completion, Mrs. Sereana Qoro and Mr Jaoji Koroi, FHL’s representatives on the FGPL Board have resigned from their role as Directors of Fosters Group Pacific Ltd.
