Since its recent appointment as Hewlett-Packard’s (HP) South Pacific Region Master Parts Reseller, Clariti South Pacific Limited customers are able to enjoy improved and affordable services as Clariti passes on to them the benefits of this business partnership.

Clariti South Pacific Limited is a joint venture between Fijian Holdings Limited, Vinod Patel Group and Fijian Holdings Unit Trust. As the Region’s Master parts reseller, the company has exported its services to Tonga and Tuvalu with plans for further expansion into other island nations in the region.

In an effort to enhance the skills of its employees with regards to HP products, Clariti engineers went through training programmes conducted by top HP engineers from Australia, India and New Zealand. Company Engineers were also sent to Australia and New Zealand for further HP product training. This training exercises enabled staff to receive special HP Accreditations such as HP accredited sales consultants, platform specialists and integration specialists.

In addition, to its Reseller status, Clariti South Pacific Limited is also a HP Authorized Warranty Service Provider. When asked what this meant, Clariti’s Warranties and Service Coordinator, Mr Kevin Iroa said, “Only Clariti can repair HP warranty products and for availability of parts, only Clariti is authorized master parts reseller thus providing a one stop shop for HP products for our customers.”

The company plans to expand branch network in Fiji by opening offices in Nadi and Labasa while adding new brands to its current product line. Its new brands will include disaster recovery technologies from India and other complimentary IT hardware brands.

Fijian Holdings Limited General Manager Investment and Strategy, Nouzab Fareed, who is also the Acting General Manager for Clariti said, “We have been focusing on hardware and managed services. Our next phase will be the provision of comprehensive ITC solutions in the next 12 months”
