Fijian Holdings Limited (FHL) today announced the resignation of Josefa Tuamoto as a Director representing A-class shareholders, effective from 31st March 2007.

In making the announcement, the FHL Group Chairman, Mr Josaia Mar said that the Board of FHL has formally accepted Mr Tuamoto's resignation and thanked him for his valuable contribution.

"The Board also takes this opportunity to congratulate Mr Tuamoto on his appointment as the Director Commerical Operations for Blue Lagoon Cruises Limited. Mr Tuamoto's long experience with the Fiji Visitors Bureau will be invaluable in assisting Blue Lagoon Cruises through this difficult period faced by the Fiji tourism industry", Mr Mar concluded.
