We notify the Exchange that Ulai Baya was appointed as a director reqpresenting B-Class shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 31^st October 2007.

 

 

He replaced Foana Nemani who retired by rotation in accordance to Articles 89 of the Company’s Article of Association.
