APPOINTMENT OF NEW COMPANY SECRETARY FOR FIJIAN HOLDINGS LIMITED

Fijian Holdings Limited (FHL) today announced the appointment of Ms Finau Soqo as the new Company Secretary for Fijian Holdings Limited (FHL) effective from 9th March 2007. In announcing the appointment, the FHL Group Managing Director, Mr. Sitiveni Weleilakeba stated that Ms Soqo is taking over the role from Mr. Jaoji Koroi, who is now the Chief Executive Officer for FHL. Ms Soqo is currently the Manager for Strategic Planning and Business Development, and joined FHL as a graduate trainee in 2000 from the Reserve Bank of Fiji.

Ms Soqo has just rejoined the FHL Group after completing her Masters in International Securities and Investment Banking from the ICMA Centre, University of Reading in the United Kingdom as a Chevening Scholar.
