The Board of Fijian Holdings Limited has appointed Mr Isoa Kaloumaira and Mr Iowane Naiveli to the Board of Fijian Holdings Limited to fill casual vacancies.

 

In accordance to Article 80 of the company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association, these directors are eligible and would offer themselves for reappointment at the next Annual General Meeting of shareholders.
