Q: Who can invest in FHL?
A: Investing in FHL, the listed company is only open to indigenous Fijians. But the Fijian Holdings Unit Trust is open to all other races including non-residents.


Q: What do I need to do to buy shares in FHL?
A: You need to have your Vola ni kawa bula slip which can be obtained from the Native Lands Commission’s office located on the 3rd floor of Suvavou House along Victoria Parade, Suva, Fiji.
Then you need to fill in a buying order form, which you can obtain from one of our offices or alternatively, it can be mailed or faxed to you.


Q: What about dividends?
A: Dividends are paid out twice a year, in April and October. This is calculated according to the number of shares you hold.

Q: What if I want to buy shares in other listed companies?

Q: What if I want to sell my FHL shares or other listed stocks?
A: You will need to provide us with your original share certificate and complete a selling order. This form can be mailed/faxed to you.


Q: How much brokerage do you charge?
A: The brokerage charged is in accordance with CMDA and SPSE regulations. The commission rates table is set out below and part of this brokerage goes to SPSE and CMDA.
